THE RESUME/CV

Here is your chance to tell us all about you as we take a look at your employment, education, and accomplishments. Do not send us information related to age, date of birth, family status, gender or what elementary or high-school you attended.

We need you to Only send us essential personal information. Following is an idea of what attracts our attention:

  • Descriptions of projects completed as part of your academic coursework.
  • Descriptions of any awards, articles published, or presentations made.
  • College, university or post-secondary education (e.g., degree, GPA).
  • Descriptions of experience and accomplishments with employers.
  • Resumes provided in PDF, Microsoft Word or plain text format.
  • Personal contact data (i.e., name, email, phone, address).
  • Names and contact information of 3 references.

THE INTERVIEW

Here are some ideas on how to prepare for an interview with us. You will be asked quite a few questions so we can get a good idea of what you know. You will also meet quite a few people so we can get an idea of what area is a good fit for you.

Make sure you can substantiate everything your resume says and possibly lay out some of your answers on a board for detailed discussion with the interviewing team. Following is an idea of what you may be asked:

  • What interests you about axsysnet™ and why you've applied.
  • Understanding of the job description you are interested in.
  • Technical concepts (web, algorithms, data-structures) for technical roles.
  • Business concepts (BPM, e-Business, e-Government) for non-IT roles.

THE RECRUITING PROCESS

Review the steps below to get an idea of our hiring process:

  • Apply for a job by submitting your resume in one of the formats above.
  • Recruiting team follows up contacting you on interest and next steps.
  • If CV fits, phone interview set up to assesses skills and proficiency.
  • If phone interview is good, onsite interviews are scheduled with teams.
  • Interviews conducted with business and technical teams on core skills.
  • Teams discuss interview and provide feedback/next steps to recruiting.
  • Following your interviews, we decide if you are suitable for the job.
  • Recruiting team follows up contacting you on decision and next steps.
